Cancellation Policy

At Chocora, we understand that plans can change or mistakes can happen. This policy outlines your options for cancelling an order and the timelines within which cancellations can be processed.

1. Cancelling Before Shipment

We process orders quickly to ensure your chocolates arrive as fresh as possible. You may cancel your order at no charge if it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation:

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your email.

If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Cancelling After Shipment

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate and strict food safety regulations, once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information on how we handle issues with delivered items.

3. Cancellation of Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

Items on back-order or pre-order may be cancelled at any time before they are prepared for shipment. Contact us with your order number, and we will process a full refund promptly.

4. Bulk, Custom & Corporate Orders

Large corporate gifting or custom chocolate orders require significant advance preparation.

Cancellations for bulk or custom orders must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled production or dispatch date.
Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a preparation fee, depending on the status of the order.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. It may take additional time for the funds to appear on your credit card statement or bank account, depending on your financial institution.
