1. Allergen Warning & Food Safety

At Chocora, we take food safety seriously. However, please be advised that our chocolates and confections are produced, packaged, and stored in facilities that may also process common food allergens, including but not limited to:

  • Peanuts and Tree Nuts (e.g., almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts)
  • Dairy / Milk
  • Soy (Soy lecithin is commonly used in chocolate production)
  • Wheat / Gluten
  • Eggs

While we follow strict hygiene and cleaning protocols, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% free from trace amounts of these allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination. Customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies should exercise extreme caution and consume our products at their own risk.

2. Nutritional Information & Ingredients

Any nutritional information, ingredient lists, or dietary claims (e.g., "vegan," "gluten-free," "sugar-free") provided on our website, packaging, or marketing materials are for general information purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, recipes and supplier ingredients may change. Always review the physical product packaging for the most current and accurate ingredient information.

3. Product Consumption & Storage

Chocolate is a perishable good. To ensure the highest quality and safety, our products should be stored in a cool, dry place (ideally between 15°C and 18°C) and away from direct sunlight or strong odors. Chocora (Sangarius Canada Inc.) is not liable for any illness, adverse reactions, or product degradation resulting from improper storage, handling, or consumption past the printed "Best Before" date.

Chocora is a brand wholly owned and operated by Sangarius Canada Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada. All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Sangarius Canada Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sangarius Canada Inc. disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential health issues, damages, or claims arising from the consumption of our products, particularly related to allergic reactions. Your purchase and consumption of our products constitute your acceptance of this risk.
